Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

To start a return or exchange, please email us at service@bigheadhats.com.

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll:

  • Issue your refund to the original payment method (minus original shipping charges), or

  • Process an exchange and ship your new item with no additional cost if it’s in stock.

 

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are free if you use the prepaid return label provided.


What Items Cannot Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Gift cards

  • Items with visible wear or damage (tags removed, stains, odor, etc.)

If an item is received in non-resalable condition, we may refuse the return or issue a store credit at our discretion.

 

International Returns

We proudly ship worldwide. For international returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return labels may not be provided for all countries.

  • Refunds may be reduced by return shipping costs and duties/taxes, depending on your region.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we typically process refunds within 3–7 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
